١ · إيه ده
تطبيق مطعم الدمشقي بيعرض منيو المطعم وبيسهّل عليك تبعت طلبك للفرع. استخدامك للتطبيق معناه إنك موافق على الشروط دي.
٢ · الطلبات والأسعار
- الأسعار المعروضة بالجنيه المصري، وبيتضاف عليها ١٠٪ ضريبة وخدمة زي ما مكتوب عند الحساب.
- المنيو والأسعار ممكن تتغير من غير إشعار مسبق. اللي بيتحسب في الآخر هو سعر الفرع وقت تأكيد الطلب.
- الطلب بيبقى مؤكد لما الفرع يأكده. الفرع من حقه يرفض أو يلغي طلب لو الصنف خلص، أو العنوان بره نطاق التوصيل، أو البيانات ناقصة.
- الدفع بيتم للفرع مباشرة عند الاستلام. مفيش أي مدفوعات بتتم جوه التطبيق.
٣ · الطلب عن طريق واتساب
لما تختار تبعت طلبك على واتساب، التطبيق بيجهّز الرسالة وإنت اللي بتضغط إرسال. الرسالة ساعتها بتخضع لشروط واتساب.
٤ · الحساب
- الحساب اختياري، والتطبيق شغال بالكامل من غيره.
- إنت مسؤول عن الإيميل اللي بتسجّل بيه وعن أكواد الدخول اللي بتوصلك.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من جوه التطبيق.
- من حقنا نوقف حساب لو استُخدم في طلبات وهمية أو إساءة لموظفي الفرع.
٥ · الاستخدام المقبول
التطبيق للاستخدام الشخصي. ممنوع استخدامه لطلبات وهمية، أو محاولة الوصول لبيانات مش بتاعتك، أو تعطيل الخدمة على غيرك.
٦ · الصور والمحتوى
الاسم والشعار وصور المنيو وكل محتوى التطبيق ملك مطعم الدمشقي. صور الأصناف للتوضيح، والشكل الفعلي ممكن يختلف.
٧ · حدود المسؤولية
التطبيق بيتقدّم «كما هو». بنحاول نخلّي المنيو والأسعار مظبوطة، بس مش ضامنين إن الخدمة هتفضل شغالة من غير انقطاع. مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب محدودة بقيمة الطلب نفسه. ومفيش في الشروط دي حاجة بتسقط أي حق ليك بيكفله القانون المصري.
٨ · تعديل الشروط
ممكن نعدّل الشروط دي، وهنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» فوق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل معناه موافقتك عليه.
٩ · القانون الواجب التطبيق
بتخضع الشروط دي لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم دمنهور بأي نزاع.

1 · What this is
The Demashki Restaurant app shows the restaurant's menu and makes it easy to send your order to a branch. Using the app means you accept these terms.
2 · Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds, with 10% tax and service added as stated at checkout.
- The menu and its prices may change without notice. What is charged is the branch's price at the moment the order is confirmed.
- An order is confirmed when the branch confirms it. A branch may decline or cancel an order if an item has run out, the address is outside the delivery area, or the details are incomplete.
- Payment is made directly to the branch on receipt. No payment of any kind is taken inside the app.
3 · Ordering over WhatsApp
When you choose to send your order over WhatsApp, the app prepares the message and you press send. WhatsApp's own terms then apply to that message.
4 · Accounts
- An account is optional; the app works fully without one.
- You are responsible for the email address you register and for the sign-in codes sent to it.
- You may delete your account at any time from inside the app.
- We may suspend an account used for fake orders or for abuse of branch staff.
5 · Acceptable use
The app is for personal use. Do not use it to place fake orders, to attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to disrupt the service for others.
6 · Content
The name, logo, menu images and all app content belong to Demashki Restaurant. Item images are illustrative and the dish served may differ in appearance.
7 · Limits of liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep the menu and prices accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms removes any right granted to you by Egyptian law.
8 · Changes
We may amend these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Damanhour have jurisdiction over any dispute.
